How to know a good domain name

I choose my domain name by going to valuedrop, picking DOMAIN NAME
.
I then head back to google.com, and type in the domain name in the search
engine...if i have a domain name like fancypage.com... All I do is head
over to google.com. type in the domain name, and click on search, I then check
if the domain name has other extensions..like .net.org.biz. etc
(Remeber that .com is the king of domain, always go for it)
. When I see the .net extension ie fancypage.net, I head back and
purchase the
domain name from godaddy.com
. I log into dofo.com and type in the domain name of the extension
i.e
fancypage.net
-it provides me with the conatct information of the
website owner.
-I
would head over to my gmail account and write an email to the site owner
informing
him of the domain name i want to sell. And negotiation begins.
